From ensuring leadership is fully prepared to empowering teams to excel, Emma’s hands-on approach keeps everything running smoothly. As the Chief Operations Officer, she is deeply involved in making sure every aspect of the business functions like a well-oiled machine—from handling paperwork to overseeing all essential details that drive success.
As the Co-Founder of KME Motivators, Emma was inspired to build a platform that would reach students who may lack mentorship and motivation, and to help business leaders grow and train their teams to reach peak performance. She’s passionate about helping others, both in schools and in corporate spaces, and she thrives on creating environments where people can excel.
Emma also serves as the Church Administrator at ARIZE Church, overseeing everything from event coordination to ensuring the church's mission is fully supported. Balancing these roles is no easy task, but it’s a challenge she loves. She leads with a mindset of servant leadership, always asking, "What can I do for my team to ensure their success?" Her approach to leadership is personal—getting to know each individual and learning how to push them to be their best.
